Job Context:
∎ Should have knowledge both Electrical and Mechanical.
∎ Having leadership & coordination capability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide direction and guidance to maintenance crews in carrying out daily maintenance work
∎ To review daily PMR execution % and execute balance task within soonest planned time
∎ Lead to implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach in production line
∎ Plan, Drive and executive all the project relevant to infrastructure developments in all plants in Bangladesh
∎ Drive all energy saving initiatives
∎ Setting project plans & milestones, reviewing design drawing, execution and buy off phase activities with third party contractors
∎ Provide technical direction in finalizing suppliers to development or new projects
∎ Installation/Erection of new machinery and making protocol, MoM etc. with supplier's engineer
∎ To check, control and follow up periodical closing of accounts related to spare parts and maintenance works using ERP/SAP software.
∎ To suggest, initiate ideas for modification works for improvement of machine performance and matters related to safety
∎ Ensure Safety, Cleanliness & House-keeping of the plant
∎ To lead, motivate and train shop floor associates
∎ Power Distribution experience is a plus
∎ Experience in Pulp and Paper or related industry is a plus
∎ Drafting and CAD (AutoCAD) training / experience is a plus
∎ Ability to read, understand and modify electrical drawings (loop sheets, motor elementaries, single line diagrams, plc network diagrams, etc.) is a plus
∎ Investigate to resolution process-related opportunities, including statistical analysis of process parameters.
