∎ Preferably Mechanical Engineer from BUET or equivalent (public university only)

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective & efficient utilization of Gas/ Diesel Generators, Boiler, Transformers, Compressors, etc.
∎ Ensure cost optimization of maintenance
∎ Prepare and maintain schedule maintenance
∎ Ensure immediate response to breakdowns
∎ Diagnose faults/ root cause analysis/ countermeasure
∎ Identify & repair equipment
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably Mechanical Engineer from BUET or equivalent (public university only)
∎ Practical work experience of 2/3 years at Plant/ Manufacturing Unit
∎ Having a strong technical background
∎ a creative bent is a must
∎ Strength in math, science and computers is necessary
∎ Good analytical ability
∎ Can-do attitude and Problem solving ability
∎ Good Interpersonal Relationship
