∎ Candidate should have 5 years of experiences in implementation of solar system·
∎ Ability to speak in Bangla, English, and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct daily monitoring of grid and grid performance.
∎ Ensure lightning arresters and streetlights are functional.
∎ Identify and provide any repairing services required in mini-grid/nano-grid connections, wiring and other electronic equipment.
∎ Assist solar user groups for smooth O&M of energy facilities.· Provide technical assistance to the user groups/volunteers as and when required.
∎ Prepare monthly grid performance report and respond to beneficiary complaints.
∎ Assist in identifying and replacing damaged/broken electrical installations including solar panels, batteries, inverters, etc.
∎ Assist in maintaining records and register of the repair works, facilities, and human resources engaged for O&M activities.
∎ Assist in maintaining inventory of the basic equipment and necessary spare parts.

∎ As per Human Resource Policies & Procedures of NGO Forum for Public Health.
