Job Context:
∎ The Electrician in RI`s COVID 19 Hospital works under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor at RI`s COVID 19 Hospital in Ukhiya, and directly supports on general electric connections and works i.e. maintaining generator including all other electric items, fixing connections and all other electric solutions. The positions will also be responsible for covering for the electrical logistics activities for RI`s main hospital COVID19 response when the maintenance supervisor is away. This position requires accountability, flexibility, efficiency, hard work and analysing capability.
∎ Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor
∎ Department: Operations
∎ Expected Start Date: ASAP
∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2020.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support on wiring management, Asset management of electrical logistics
∎ Fixing all the electrical problems.
∎ Ensure the refueling the Generator and servicing
∎ Update the needs to the Maintenance Supervisor
∎ Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years work experience in electrical shops or related field.
∎ Able to prioritize, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
∎ Able to work independently and within a team.
∎ Diligent in work processes.
∎ Flexible in schedule, attitude and work prioritization.

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
