∎ The candidate should have capacity for trouble shooting of any electrical issues and problem solving capacity of the factory.
∎ Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Internet Browsing problem solving capacity, Strong analytical ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Aminbazar, Savar, Dhaka-1348
∎ Bando Eco Apparels Ltd a leading figure in the Garments industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of Electrical Manager.
∎ Proven experience as an electrical engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
∎ To follow up machinery’s erection & Installation.
∎ Proficiency in electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
∎ Strong knowledge of electrical system, codes, practices, and safety regulations.
∎ To keep all electrical & electronics items in good shape.
∎ Electrical load calculation, BBT/Cable/Circuit breaker/Distribution board/Transformer Management.
∎ Supervision of maintenance of all electrical items including, generator, Compressor, Boiler, Lift, Humidification plant, machines etc.
∎ Maintain and troubleshooting of the electrical functions of RMG Machineries.
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
∎ Developing electrical maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
∎ Spare parts requirement and get approval from management.
∎ Allocation work as per requirements.
∎ To monitor spare parts inventory on shop-floor and store.
∎ To be responsible for overall electrical functions of the factory.
∎ To ensure the supply of electricity of factory owned generator whenever required.
∎ To control the expenditure and load of generators.
∎ Must have sound knowledge & experience in documentation and implementing requirements of HIGG FEM Index.
∎ To Identify and select sustainability aspects for short-term and long-term sustainability strategy.
∎ To organize and carry out internal audits on environmental compliance & routinely monitor performance to ensure that the facility is in compliance with its stated practices and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
