∎ The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of "An Electrical Engineer" for a sister concern of United Group - United Property Solutions Ltd (UPSL)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design of Electrical system of high-rise building and make BOQ of all the electrical equipment complying the local and international codes and standards.
∎ Develop the work plan of a project for electrical system installation and supervise accordingly.
∎ Verification of all types of electrical equipment's installations, wiring, fixtures, etc. according to the drawings.
∎ Develop preventive maintenance schedule of all electrical system and equipment with proper documentation.
∎ Should have knowledge about latest electrical development.
∎ Overall management of Sub Stations and generating units.
∎ Testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes. Inspection of all electrical equipment and materials delivered.
∎ Assist installation, maintenance & commissioning of all types of substations (LT panel, HT panel, PFI panel, ATS, MDB board, SDB board, canopy, etc.) of all ongoing projects.
∎ Coordination & maintenance of all types of electromechanical works and maintenance programs where relevant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 15 years' experience in related sector.
∎ Proficient in the use of AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software applications
∎ Should be up-to-date with the local & international standards regulation etc. of operational safety of electrical installations.
∎ Inspect and observe facilities to evaluate the efficacy and quality of electrical systems, components, and products
∎ Develop testing methods and properties to confirm the functionality of electrical components and systems
∎ Ability to write clearly about highly technical subject matter
∎ Thorough understanding of electronic systems and component materials
∎ Additional Qualification:
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Manage team members well
