∎ Be part of our Customer Services team as Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executes preventive & Corrective maintenance accordingly to the instruction given by the Supervisor with full compliance with SOPs and Site Safety rules and regulations.
∎ Usage of suitable PPE for work safety; fencing/cover/door opened for any work/reason must be closed immediately after completion of the task before the machine is turned live.
∎ Carries out periodical checks/maintenance inspections stated on the checklist.
∎ Familiarization with all the Electrical drawings in the Panel & understanding of electrical connections.
∎ In the event of a maintenance problems or any other problem in their work area they will immediately intervene, in line with the procedure applicable and in close coordination with the control room.
∎ Ensure communication all the time and remain in close communication with his supervisor.
∎ Analyze and seeks continuous improvements in the field.
∎ Takes charge of the tools required for the shift's job task and ensures their proper usage and maintenance.
∎ Adheres to all safety rules, and regulations and takes appropriate precautions at all times during working hours.
∎ Maintain competitive edge in the industry.
∎ Work full-time and live in tea estates Employment Status.
∎ Safety: Will be responsible/accountable to follow occupational health, safety, security, environment, and quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ What do I need to qualify for the role?
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in the Process Automation Industry or Industrial Plants with hands-on knowledge of operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of automated systems.
∎ Analytic methods: root cause analysis etc.
∎ Reviewing and assessing current processes and deduction of improvements.
∎ Good understanding of BHS material flow.
∎ Good understanding of all Electrical / Mechanical Components in the System, fault analysis & troubleshooting.
∎ Awareness /Knowledge of quality/safety procedures.
∎ Good communication Skills.
∎ The Electrical engineer/ Technician shall be Industrial Training Institute certified (ITI).
∎ Being able to be responsible for a small group of maintenance assistants.
∎ Mandatory to communicate in the English language and important to have worked in different cultural areas adapting to the cultural work ethics.
