Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering from well reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare electrical design and layout for high rise apartment building and factory as per requirements
∎ Design, supervise and implementation of electrical establishment such as sub-station equipments, generator, central Air Conditioner
∎ Promoting quality workmanship and ensuring adherence to strict standard of quality control as per specification
∎ Issuing written instructions to the contractors on a daily or weekly basis regarding the quality of electrical work performed
∎ To supervise LT and HT electrical transmission line
∎ Ensuring that the instructions related to electrical work issued to the contractor are being satisfactorily carried out
∎ Preparing daily reports, monitoring works in progress and identified the problems and communicating it to the supervisor
∎ Maintaining stock updates and follow up on new materials required
∎ Monitoring and controlling of quality materials delivered to the site by the supplier
∎ Ensuring that the contractor maintain adequate safety standards to prevent accidents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Should be creative along with 3 - 5 years experience in architectural designing, and site supervision in large construction company.
∎ Must be hard working and enthusiastic
∎ Should possess basic IT skills
∎ Willing to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
