∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in Machine Designing and Layout planning.
∎ Reporting skill on daily machine maintenance, monitoring and controlling.
∎ Practical Experience in leading factory based operational team with highest level of dedication and leadership skill.
∎ Experience in working with project implementation stage by means of Machine selection, developing and executing project implementation process, Erection commissioning, machine output analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Daily Plant & Machineries related reporting.
∎ Designing machineries daily activity and link with production plan.
∎ Performing daily maintenance and repairing activity.
∎ Developing schedule and monitoring as planned.
∎ Segregating job among the team member.
∎ Monitoring project implementation related work, problem addressing, solving and reporting.
∎ Assisting procurement department to determine service, spare parts, tools and machineries in need.
∎ Conducting Meeting with other managers at factory.
∎ Risk assessments and recommendation to mitigate the risk in concern.
∎ Confirm cost effective operation and reporting with cost saving formats.
∎ Training and upgrading team member.
∎ Sound Knowledge and Experience in auto CAD, MS office package, especially in MS Excel, MS Word.
Salary: Negotiable
