Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for factories electrical engineering activities, and will manage Electrical Sub-Station, Generator, IT Infrastructure, Motor Control Panels, Elevators, Electrical Wiring (External & Internal), Kitchen Equipment, CCTV, PA System, SLD & Other Electrical.
∎ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems in the factory·
∎ Design and implement electrical upgrades or modifications to improve equipment performance or safety.
∎ Supervise installation and commissioning of new machinery or electrical systems.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
∎ Diagnose root causes of electrical failures and recommend solutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and factory standards.
∎ Collaborate with maintenance, mechanical, and production teams on technical issues and process improvements.
∎ Maintain documentation such as wiring diagrams, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
∎ Monitor energy usage and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
∎ Train and guide electricians and technical staff as needed.
∎ Assist in the electrical wiring works at different projects.
∎ Assist in providing instant support regarding electrical issues as per requirements.
∎ Assist Electrical Design Engineer, Maintenance Officer, and Electrician for any kind of electrical implementation.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by HR Admin Manager and Management as and when required.
∎ Organizing routine servicing or maintenance schedules
∎ We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to support our factory (Jheniadah) operations by maintaining and improving all electrical systems and machinery. The successful candidate will ensure smooth and safe operation of production equipment, lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to process improvements and energy efficiency projects.
