Job Context:
∎ Confidence Cement Dhaka Ltd is looking for an Electrical Engineer in Executive level.
∎ It is a factory based job. Job Location-Danga, Norshindi.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, Testing & commissioning of Electrical Equipment in Cement plant. .
∎ Ability to understand any kind of electrical drawing for installation and maintenance for any electrical equipment like MCC, substation, generator etc.
∎ Coordinate and monitor Electrical & Electronics maintenance works of all machineries and equipment’s.
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of electrical equipment in the plant
∎ Assess maintenance needs of all electrical equipment’s
∎ Ensure effective maintenance of electrical equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities
∎ Monitor performance against targets set for electrical maintenance metrics
∎ Prepare schedule for any shut-down required for preventive maintenance of electrical equipment
∎ Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to Staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Electrical, PLC, Trouble Shooting
∎ Should have knowledge about the control, MCC and PCC panel
∎ Being capable of typical work in controls and automation system
∎ Troubleshooting experience in Electrical specially in VRM (Cement Grinding Unit)
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office.
∎ adequate training on Substation components, Power Distribution, PLC-HMI
