Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical/ Mechanical or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical from any reputed University/Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electrical & Electronics Engineer :
∎ Must have prior knowledge of Electronic Vehicles and Electronic Vehicle charging systems
∎ Provide technical assessment for high voltage batteries and related EV charging systems
∎ Design overall circuitry and system integration from power source to energy storage and then to charging stations
∎ Market research and technical analysis on existing EV charging systems
∎ Report on vehicle battery, control electronics, motor, and charging system quality issues
∎ Assist battery refurbishing and recycling program with outside vendor
∎ Design and ensure successful Quality Monitoring Processes
∎ Conduct other tasks related to the Purpose of this Position as assigned or requested
∎ Plan and keep track of the progress
∎ Ensure solutions are verified and validated against government regulations and requirements
∎ Develop appropriate EV charging solutions that are futuristic and scalable while keeping cost low
∎ Must be open to working in a startup environment. Flexible work hours and duties are necessary to adhere to this job.
∎ Mechanical Engineer :
∎ Must have prior knowledge of Electronic Vehicles and Electronic Vehicle charging systems
∎ Design and development of mechanical components and different aspects of EV charging station
∎ Must be open to conduct field surveys and create mechanical assessment reports
∎ Does assessment of electromechanical devices and systems that maximize trade-offs between performance, cost, and time to market by considering requirements, manufacturing and assembly methods, and materials
∎ Creates engineering documentation and drawings with adequate, cost-effective geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, as per standards
∎ Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
∎ Testing and engineering validation of mechanical components and systems
∎ Defining mechanical and system requirements
∎ Must be open to working in a startup environment. Flexible work hours and duties are necessary to adhere to this job.

∎ Knowledge of the theory, principles, and practices of mechanical/electrical design, with a preferred emphasis in design of Electromechanical devices and their integration.
∎ Understanding of mechanical design methods and best practices
∎ Skilled in both verbal and written communications
∎ Able to read industry specification documentation and translate to design requirements
∎ Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies
∎ Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
∎ Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with interdisciplinary teams
∎ Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
∎ Ability to anticipate design or technical problems and suggest viable alternatives
