প্রশাসনিক কার্যক্রমে পরিচালকের সহায়তা করা, প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম তদারকি, শিক্ষার্থী ভর্তি, কোর্স পরিচালনা ও মূল্যায়ন ব্যবস্থাপনা, সরকারি-বেসরকারি রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও যোগাযোগ রক্ষা, ট্রেইনারদের কাজ সমন্বয় ও মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ, প্রতিষ্ঠানের উন্নয়ন পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়নে সহায়তা করা। সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা অগ্রাধিকারযোগ্য।
