Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Civil Engineering from any public/ reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that company policies adhere to local, state and federal regulations.
∎ Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulations.
∎ Monitor personnel and work space.
∎ Always ensure the company is prepared to submit the appropriate document.
∎ Responsible for utilizing data to lessen environmental footprint and increase sustainability.
∎ Ensure at-risk-behaviors and At-risk-conditions are addressed.
∎ Track all corrective measures to ensure they are effective and completed speedily.
∎ Provide support in managing the EHS Rewards and Recognition program.
∎ Responsible for developing the EHS annual site budget to control fixed and variable cost expenditures.
∎ Work together with line Managers/supervisors when coordinating investigation of incidents and injuries to achieve accurate and timely completion.
∎ Provide feedback on operational safety and environmental performance regularly. Support the SHE Pillars, associated sub-committees.
∎ Support the company's framework for site and employees safety teams and provide instruction and training to supervisors on EHS framework initiatives.
∎ Provides EHS reports such as OSHA, RCRA,SARA and EPA reports per scheduled deadlines.
∎ Staying at the site/ adjacent to the site and ensure quality of workmanship including the quality/ quantity and report progress regularly.
∎ Lead the development and delivery of EHS training programs and ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
∎ Carry out periodic assessments of security risk ( i.e. access control, perimeter protection, theft exposer etc.).
∎ Experience on construction of steel structure is specially required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Provide Technical and Managerial advice at site for smooth construction of project
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
