Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Art, Fluent In English, Music/ Dance, Student Counseling, teaching
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business English, Education Counseling, Education Industry, English speaking
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should be well-groomed, fashionable, and should have a pleasant personality (not of shy or timid nature). Those who cannot entertain children are not encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate must be fluent in spoken English (with very good pronunciation), talkative, friendly, lively and must have a loud voice.
∎ The candidate must be good in Bengali literature as well.
∎ The candidate should have good knowledge about the Kindergarten School Curriculum (candidates experienced in Kindergarten School mentoring shall have an added advantage)
∎ The candidate should be able to recite Rhymes (in both English & Bengali) with proper body language, teach basic Phonics, tell stories to Preschoolers.
∎ The candidate should have the ability to communicate with parents politely, diplomatically, intelligently and if necessary, argumentatively (in both English & Bengali)
∎ The candidate should have the basic drawing skills which can be taught to Preschoolers
∎ The candidate must be able to handle irrelevant questions and unnecessary complaints from guardians (training shall be provided)
∎ The candidate should be very aware and sensible about her duties, tasks and overall responsibilities
∎ The candidate must be a strong personality and patient enough to control the Kindergarten Students of 3-5 years old.
∎ The candidate must have computer literacy. She shall be good in MS Word, shall know the basics of MS Excel and be able to create and deliver MS PowerPoint presentations
∎ The candidate must be able to use the Internet and e-mail services
∎ The applicant shall be very punctual in attending Office Hours and responsive to phone calls from the Authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ If the candidate does Hijab then she cannot do Hijab inside the Institute.
∎ The candidate must maintain professional relationship with her colleagues.
∎ The candidate must be physically active to perform varieties of Physical Education (Lethargic people are not encouraged to apply).
∎ The candidate should have neat, clean and beautiful hand-writing.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary increment depends strictly upon performance.
