Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The Incumbent is responsible for managing all aspects for EducationUSA activities at the American Corner Khulna under the guidance of EducationUSA @ The American Center, U.S. Embassy, Dhaka.
∎ • Is responsible for all EducationUSA outreach, advising, statistics maintenance, program planning, marketing, and resource development related to higher studies in the United States.
∎ • Maintains relationships with local educational institutions in and around Khulna.
∎ • Fluent in spoken English and Bengali. Public speaking experience is required (English and Bengali).
∎ • Strong written, oral and visual communication/presentation skills - experience in public speaking and/or debating will be of advantage.
∎ • Well versed in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly MS Excel & MS Word).
∎ • Experience in compiling statistics and brief report writing.
∎ • Administrative work experience with relevant professional experience in organizing, administering and delivering training, education and counseling services are required.
∎ • A thorough knowledge of the use of presentation software (MS PowerPoint).
∎ • Ability to organize and manage cultural and educational programs, logistics.
∎ • A thorough knowledge of Bangladeshi education structures and cultural institutions.
∎ • Ability to work well in a collaborative/team environment at the Northern University of Business and Technology Khulna. American Corner Khulna, EducationUSA.
∎ • Adept in Social Media Networking.
∎ • Minimum three years commitment required.
