∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ Must be hard working and willing to give extra effort to learn the trade.
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook.
∎ Capable of handling customer queries.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivation
∎ Willingness to participate in video and live programs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The responsibilities of the student counselor include supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.
∎ To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all students with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing.
∎ Ultimately, a top-notch student counselor has a strong level of social perceptiveness, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make students feel safe and secure.
∎ Maintain communication with the respective counselors.
∎ Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa applications.
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.
∎ Maintain records of the student's documentation.
∎ Update the daily processing work activities.
∎ Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
