Responsibilities & Context:
- Guide students to choose the right course and university in Australia and the UK.
- Give advice about admission requirements, visa process, and necessary documents.
- Suggest suitable universities and programs based on students’ academic background and career goals.
- Communicate with students and parents through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Help students to complete application forms and prepare documents for submission.
- Stay updated about universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa rules in Australia and the UK.
- Build and maintain a friendly and professional relationship with students and parents.
- Work with the team to achieve company targets and share progress reports with management.
