Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guide students through the university (UK, USA, Australia & Schengen) application process, including assistance with document preparation, application submission, and visa procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and other relevant information.Helping students with their personal statement.Keeping up to date with immigration laws for the UK, USA, Australia & Schengen.Must be fluent in searching and finding correct information on university websites.Will receive documents from students and validate them for accuracy.Will create students' profiles on university application portals and common application platforms.Must be comfortable making cold calls and responding to queries from social media.Coordinate with students to advise on their next steps throughout the application process.Expertise in photoshop, illustrator, canva for digital marketing.Document all office activities promptly and transparently
