Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with students.
∎ Student Visa File Submission & Application Process .
∎ Ensuring all necessary documentation of Student Visa is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates.
∎ Regular follow-ups with potential clients/guardians responding to their queries.
∎ Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
∎ Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
∎ Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for student visa.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
∎ Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures .
∎ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
∎ Communicate with students.
