Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors
∎ Handle phone, email, and social media inquiries professionally
∎ Provide basic counseling for IELTS courses and study abroad programs
∎ Manage admission forms, student records, and scheduling
∎ Coordinate with training and consultancy teams
∎ Support day-to-day administrative tasks
∎ At least 1 year of experience in a front office, receptionist, or education counseling role (Undergad students/Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Presentable, friendly, and confident in dealing with students and parents
∎ Knowledge of IELTS and study abroad processes is a plus
∎ Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online tools)
