∎ Post graduate degree in economics or relevant fields
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ He/she should have at least 15 years of relevant international experiences
∎ Experience in municipal finance, infrastructure economics or urban economics. Experience in the preparation of processing documentation for ADB or other development partners financed projects. Excellent skills in English (written and spoken) plus good report writing skills.
∎ Review all reports/ data available including the study reports and the economic assessment conducted by CDIA consultants.
∎ Identify any additional data requirement and collect data.
∎ Finalize the economic analysis, supporting documents required for project processing.
∎ Conduct other economic benefit discussions, and poverty impact assessment.
