Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The E-commerce Manager is responsible for gathering reports from all department in-charges regularly.
∎ Ensure all reports are submitted on time, accurate, and complete.
∎ Review the reports to monitor progress, identify issues, and support informed decision-making.
∎ Coordinate with in-charges to follow up on any missing or delayed reports.
∎ Manage and oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
∎ Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Collect and review reports from team members, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
