Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department
∎ Manage product listings, pricing, and stock updates
∎ Coordinate with delivery/logistics team for timely order dispatch
∎ Monitor customer queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution
∎ Collect daily reports from all e-commerce team members.
∎ Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
∎ Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns
∎ Responsibilities:
