Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance/breakdown and routine maintenance for reducing downtime.
∎ Paper machine operations and ensuring the quality and quantity of production.
∎ Maintenance of all machines including utilities run at optimized speed and efficiency.
∎ Make maximum utilization of resources (human resources, raw materials, machinery, and other resources) by minimizing/ avoiding wastage and inefficiency.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in the performance and efficiency of subordinates.
∎ Supervised & Maintenance of Installation, AC, HVAC Etc.
∎ Develop appropriate firefighting systems/ /fire hazards/ appliances and ensure the efficiency of the firefighting arrangement in case of fire.
∎ To handle the Power distribution system for point wiring (Cable sizes & circuit diagram for point wiring)
∎ To handle Power Distribution Board Layout & Electrical Equipment Layout
∎ Planned, organized, scheduled, and monitored works according to requirements.
