∎ Graduate in medical science (MBBS/MD).Masters in public health/Health Economics will be considered as an additional value.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the field of any public health program. Working experience in TB program with National or International Organization will be preferred.
∎ Knowledge, abilities & skills, including personal qualities & human relationships: Analytical and organizational skills applied to planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health care particularly TB services. Skills in communication and facilitating coordination among decision makers and NTP partners.
∎ Languages required and the level & nature of their use: Proficient in English and Bengali. Skills in report writing. Proficient in using a computer to produce reports, prepare correspondence, compose e-mail and prepare multi-media presentations, operating skill and knowledge of Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ He/She will be accountable to Line Director (TB-L and ASP)and will work under direct supervision and guidance of Program Manager and designated Deputy Program Manager.
∎ He/She will be directly supervised by the Civil Surgeon of respective District and send all correspondence through him.
∎ Assist NTP with planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation& reporting of TB control activities of the respective District.
∎ Guide, co-ordinate, and monitor implementation of the TB control activities in the Upazila’s within the District in close collaboration with the UH&FPOs and NGO partners.
∎ He/She has to assist NTP to ensure timely reporting into eTB Manager, DHIS-2 &about TB preventive therapy.
∎ Prepare requirements for training in TB control activities; organize and participate in training/ orientation of staff and community members.
∎ Identify additional requirement for human resources.
∎ Organize and supervise the field activites on supervision and monitoring of DOTS centers in collaboration with UH&FPOs and NGO partners.
∎ Facilitate intra/inter sectoral coordination.
∎ Prepare field reports, supervision and monitoring reports, monthly plan of actions and progress reports of the programme and submit these to NTP, Civil Surgeon and NGO partners.
∎ Collaborate in operational research carried out in the TB control services.
∎ Any other duties assigned by Line Director TB-Leprosy Control.
∎ Ready to serve any District in Bangladesh.
