Educational Requirements:
∎ Certified and experienced mechanics & driver &motorcyclist
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure thorough asset care through proper maintenance and repair of all WV Bangladesh vehicles.
∎ Provide direct mechanical assistant and advice for all offices within WV Bangladesh in the area of maintenance and repair of motorcycles.
∎ Ensure all vehicles are in good running order and road worthy based on WVB fleet standard/policy.
∎ Train all drivers for basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
∎ Driving the assigned vehicle and attend to the assigned duties on a timely manner.
∎ Cleaning vehicle and ensure its proper and timely servicing and maintenance.
∎ Maintaining logbook and take the signature of the users.
∎ Proper Maintaining logbook.
∎ Maintaining overtime sheet on the following day in accordance with the log-sheet honestly.
∎ Maintaining fuel consumption records on a monthly basis and fill out the form to calculate the fuel consumption rate.
∎ Responsible to keep all vehicle documents like tax token, route permit, fitness and insurance certificates updated before expiry dates.
∎ Carrying out any other duties that may be assigned by the respective supervisor
∎ Demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to World Vision's Core Values in the approach to work and relationships;

∎ Know and understand appropriate new paradigms in Fleet areas
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understand WV operation at program level
∎ Considerable knowledge of safety practices and techniques in mechanics; considerable knowledge of petrol, diesel and gas engine mechanics; considerable knowledge of vehicle make-up; considerable knowledge of mechanics shops and the parts and supplies required by vehicles and motorcycles.
∎ Understand the vision, mission of World Vision
∎ Understand the Humanitarian industry
∎ Coordination, negotiation, communication skills
∎ At least 2 -3 years' work experience as driver
∎ Proven experience as a team player
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
∎ Must be able to do multiple tasks
