Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greets guests and welcomes them to the city
∎ Makes scheduled courtesy van pick-ups and drop offs in accordance with schedule
∎ Follows safety rules and regulations when operating the vehicles
∎ Assists guests with baggage
∎ Adjusts drop off and pick up schedule based on demand
∎ Keeps current on and promotes accommodations, services and area attractions
∎ Responds to customer inquiries
∎ Maintains valet parking board
∎ Secure keys and releases cars in accordance with policy
∎ Runs hotel errands as requested;
∎ Makes deliveries and pick-ups in accordance with schedule.
