Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for driving the vehicles for guests and employees transportation in an efficient manner to ensure the guests and employees satisfaction.
∎ Greets guests and welcomes them to the city.
∎ Makes scheduled courtesy van pick-ups and drop offs in accordance with schedule.
∎ Follows safety rules and regulations when operating the vehicles. Assists guests with baggage.
∎ Adjusts drop off and pick up schedule based on demand. Keeps current on and promotes accommodations, services and area attractions.
∎ Responds to customer inquiries. Maintains valet parking board. Secure keys and releases cars in accordance with policy. Runs hotel errands as requested.
∎ Makes deliveries and pick-ups in accordance with schedule
