• Ability to work under pressure.

• Polite and Gentle behaviour is mandatory.

Job Location: Dhaka. (Sometimes may visit different places for client purpose).

Key Responsibilities:      

• Safe Driving – Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while strictly following traffic laws and regulations.

• Passenger Safety – Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during all journeys.

• Vehicle Maintenance – Conduct regular checks of the vehicle, including oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components.

• Timely Transportation – Pick up and drop off employees, clients, or other passengers according to the assigned schedule.

• Vehicle Cleanliness – Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

• Documentation – Maintain valid driving license, vehicle papers, insurance, tax token, and other required documents.

• Fuel Management – Monitor fuel consumption and maintain proper records of fuel usage.

• Route Planning – Select safe and efficient routes and use navigation tools when necessary.

• Reporting – Immediately report accidents, vehicle problems, traffic violations, or other incidents to the concerned authority.

• Confidentiality & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality regarding company matters and demonstrate professional, polite, and respectful behavior with employees, clients, and visitors.

• Vehicle Security – Ensure the vehicle is properly parked, locked, and secured when not in use.

• Other Assigned Duties – Perform other duties assigned by management in idle time.
