Responsibilities & Context:
Job responsibilities:
1.Safely drive the ambulance for patient transportation and emergency calls.
2.Respond promptly to emergency transport requests.
3.Ensure safe and timely transfer of patients to hospitals or healthcare facilities.
4.Check ambulance condition, fuel, tires, lights, siren, brakes, and other essential systems regularly.
5.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and basic readiness of the ambulance.
6.Ensure required emergency equipment and supplies are available before each trip.
7.Follow traffic laws, hospital policies, and emergency driving protocols.
8.Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, and vehicle maintenance.
9.Report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
