Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive assigned vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
∎ Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of the vehicle (e.g., oil changes, tire checks, engine performance).
∎ Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
∎ Transport passengers to specified destinations on time.
∎ Follow the assigned schedule and route efficiently.
∎ Plan the best routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrival.
∎ Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle condition.
∎ Ensure all vehicle documents (e.g., license, insurance, registration) are valid and up to date.
∎ Assist with the loading and unloading of goods when required.
∎ Emergency Handling:
∎ Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns or other emergencies and notify the appropriate parties.
∎ Exhibit polite and respectful behavior with passengers.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding personal or professional information.
