Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in topographic surveying and survey design.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
∎ Basic knowledge of ArcGIS.
∎ Experience with Total Station, Leveling, and Digital Theodolite.
∎ Proficiency in using RTK/GPS/GNSS for surveys.
∎ Strong ability in topographical survey, layout planning, plot survey, contour survey, and cross-section & earth volume calculations.
∎ Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Language Skills: Proficiency in Bengali and English, both written and spoken.
∎ Certifications: Any relevant certifications in surveying and design software are an advantage.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Previous experience as a Draftsman on infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, and rail links.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct topographic surveys and create detailed survey designs using AutoCAD.
∎ Prepare and revise engineering drawings, maps, and layouts from rough sketches and specifications.
∎ Interpret and apply data from various sources such as Total Station, GPS, RTK/GNSS, and Digital Theodolite to develop accurate designs.
∎ Perform calculations for earth volumes, contours, and cross-sections.
∎ Convert Mauza maps to digital format.
∎ Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure precise and efficient project execution.
∎ Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all survey and design activities.
∎ Maintain and update project files and documentation.
