Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting Medical Examinations: Performing thorough physical examinations to evaluate patients' symptoms, medical history, and overall health.
∎ Diagnosing Medical Conditions: Identifying the underlying cause of illnesses based on symptoms and medical history.
∎ Prescribing Treatments: Recommending medications, therapies, or lifestyle changes to treat diagnosed conditions.
∎ Monitoring Progress: Keeping track of patients' responses to treatments and making necessary adjustments.
∎ Educating Patients: Explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive measures to patients.
∎ Collaborating with Other Healthcare Professionals: Working with nurses, specialists, and other professionals to provide coordinated care.
∎ Maintaining Patient Records: Keeping accurate and confidential records of patients' medical histories and treatment plans.
