∎ Conducting patient consultations and educating them on diagnoses, treatments, and post-care
∎ Training patient counselors based on required protocols

∎ Promoting new products and treatments to ensure patient satisfaction
∎ Ensuring compliance with medical protocols and company policies
∎ Leading the medical team in emergencies
∎ Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient support
