Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of distribution and logistics operations of 16 depots ensuring consistency and efficiency in distribution activities.
∎ Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
∎ Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
∎ Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and waste.
∎ Coordinate drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.
∎ Planning of daily, weekly, and monthly stock and delivery.
∎ Ensure vehicle maintenance/ repair with the help of a contract workshop.
∎ Monitor day-to-day activities of the depots.
∎ Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
∎ Ensure that company transport vehicles are maintained in good working conditions.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant with MS word, MS excel, Microsoft power point applications.
∎ Proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be Tactful to meet the expectation of the company & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
