Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Management/ Accounting
∎ Diploma in logistics management is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure nationwide smooth distribution & customer service.
∎ Monitor the inventory level and allocate stock for all depots to meet up uninterrupted product supply to the customer.
∎ Develop self-monitoring system to reduce distribution cost and minimize return.
∎ Co-ordination with Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts and Production Department.
∎ Develop various reports for Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts and Distribution Dept.
∎ Prepare route plan & priority set up for supply product to the customer.
∎ Submit monthly/weekly requisition of product and maintain minimum stock level.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and customer orders.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing transportation costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
∎ Managing and supervising the work of distribution and transportation staff, including drivers and dispatchers.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with transportation providers and suppliers.
∎ Visit different market for the justification of delivery cost.
∎ Communicate with dealers and sales person for dispatch
∎ Check if Finished Goods are arranged in FIFO method.
∎ Check for Customer's return product, shade replace, slow/ nonmoving product.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
