Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have SSC degree from any reputed institute with a minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in board examinations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the distribution and supply of semen, liquid nitrogen & other related AI materials to ASC. Approve supplier's invoice upon receiving & accepting goods.
∎ Prepare the transport schedule for AI materials. Organizing the materials with less costly mode.
∎ Keeping proper documents in all destinations as well as in bull stations.
∎ Ensuring timely receive, dispatch & arrival of AI related materials from the source to the destination.
∎ Communication with Manager-Supply Chain and area sales manager.
∎ Maintain invoice and prepare nitrogen distribution report.
∎ Management of damaged materials.
∎ Monitoring on inventory management and distribution process.
∎ Report preparation and make it updated on stock position as well as whole inventory. Convey the reports to the related supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
