Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have SSC degree from any reputed institute with a minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in board examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the distribution and supply of semen, liquid nitrogen, other related AI materials and approve supplier's invoice upon receiving & accepting goods
∎ Prepare the transport schedule for AI materials
∎ Organise the materials with less costly mode
∎ Keep in update the documents in all destinations as well as in bull stations
∎ Ensure timely receive, dispatch and arrival of AI related materials from the source to the destination
∎ Maintain the communication with Manager-Supply Chain and area sales manager
∎ Maintain invoice and prepare nitrogen distribution report
∎ Manage damaged materials
∎ Monitor inventory management and distribution process
∎ Prepare report on stock and make it updated as well as whole inventory and share with the supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Knowledge on biological product handling and distribution, geographical location of Bangladesh
∎ Ability to manage distribution networks
∎ Must have skill of multitasking
∎ Must have knowledge on MS word, MS-excel
∎ Willing to Work under pressure and challenging environment
