Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Equipment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Electric Wire/Cable, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing operations and providing cost-effective suggestions for improvement.
∎ Streamlining processes so that the business operates at maximum efficiency.
∎ Supervise and Oversees managers to works with both production and technical team. Liaising with clients, managers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure staff members are getting Motivated and inspired when tight deadlines approaches.
∎ Implement and manage defined technical support processes, procedures and KPI.
∎ Define and manage the QA/QC testing process and troubleshooting process.
∎ Supervise and oversee the management of the repair technicians and ensuring all repairs are carried out safely and to the highest standards possible.
∎ Responsible to ensure making 360 degree technical analysis report, issue tracking report, daily, weekly & monthly report.
