Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare flow chart of construction projects basing on capability till timeline of individual project. Profound knowledge on management as well as process of project works.
∎ Looking into Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing plan and drawing. Sourcing B.Sc./Diploma Engineer for making a panel for construction expert people in hand.
∎ Examining and taking corrective measures the Architectural/Structural/Electrical/Plumbing design/plan, consumption of rod/steel against each slab/floor.
∎ Manage to control expenditure, ensure development of staff, augment revenue, review performance of staff, plan and design strategically, attain goal, ensure analysis of risk.
∎ Make sure visits to the projects regularly/instantly/on urgent basis/ as and when necessary and able to control several projects with full satisfaction of the Company.
∎ Able to complete the projects before/within time schedule through all type of civil and interior decoration works with maintaining overall construction quality.
∎ Coordinate with Director (Purchase & Procurement) for making Supply Chain Management (SCM) vibrant & fruitful in terms maintaining schedule with curtailing cost and saving time.
∎ Checking requisitions of materials for its accuracy as well as timelines made by Site/Project Manager/Engineer.
∎ Wastage control at site and inventory control of purchased materials
∎ Ensure accountability of his team.
∎ Employ effective and expert civil engineer/workers at site.
∎ Monitoring and advice on site security measures.
∎ Create a valuable and healthy working team and act as team leader.

∎ Age at least 45 years
