∎ To ensure efficient and continuous running of the firing process in Kiln and meeting the quality parameters & scheduled production target on time.
∎ To take necessary operational steps and coordinate with related department to implement the strategic management decisions.
∎ Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
