Building Construction, Civil Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have a clear concept/idea/experience in structural and construction work.
∎ Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
∎ The candidate should have experience in the construction of Residential/Office/Commercial buildings.
∎ Plan and inspect construction work of various civil sites.
∎ Tender document preparation, specification, BOQ, Periodical Site Visit, Bill Certification, Preparation of progress report, coordination with site engineers,
∎ Ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Preparation of expenditure statements and other necessary documents at regular intervals during the construction works
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
∎ Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
∎ Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
∎ To supervise & monitor daily contractors' activities as per approved Architectural, Structural, plumbing drawing & materials specification.
∎ To provide materials requisition, to receive materials as per requirement, to check stock & materials quality properly as per agreed specification.
∎ Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors
∎ Analyze the expenditure on construction materials to track the actual costs
∎ Liaising with local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
∎ Ensuring all construction work done according to specific drawings and design.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
