Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in survey
∎ B.Sc in survey may have added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Land Survey
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Land Survey, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles.
∎ Must have knowledge calculation of level for earth / sand filling, an expert in Topographic Surveys, GPS.
∎ Assistance to prepare and maintain documents related to surveys and prepare maps and survey reports for management as required.
∎ Prepare project layout , building layout, pile point layout, roof levelling etc.
∎ Expertise in land-related documents and knowing AutoCAD and software, survey technique software.
∎ Expertise to operate the total station, theodolite and level machine.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and take challenges.
∎ Experienced in operation of various types of survey equipment including total station.
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Profit share, Insurance, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
