∎ Excellent knowledge of construction materials, modern construction techniques, and equipment usage.
∎ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and automation based construction monitoring tools.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and contractor/vendor management skills.
∎ Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines.
∎ Experience with integrated infrastructure, including utilities, landscaping, and road networks.
∎ Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable construction technologies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end construction management of all civil works (residential, commercial, and infrastructure)
∎ Lead the execution of multi-tower high-rise structures, basements, podiums, and infrastructure development including roads, drainage, and utilities.
∎ Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
∎ Manage and supervise a large team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors on site.
∎ Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.
∎ Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients to ensure project alignment and compliance.
∎ Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
∎ Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project statuses, performance, and other relevant metrics.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
