Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in electrical/mechanical engineering from any reputed public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Industrial & Production Engineering, Risk Assessment, Solar system, Utility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all mechanical & electrical staffs and ensure the operation and maintenance of the plant machinery including generator, boiler, compressor, cooling tower, air conditioning system, Pump, dyeing machine, RF dryer machine, preparatory machine, weaving machine, inspection machine, bleaching machine, washing machine, thermosol machine, pad steam machine, finishing machine, printing machine, ETP and fire hydrant system.
∎ Ensure all mechanical and electrical safety, fire safety in accordance with compliance (Accord, Alliance).
∎ Organize work plans for efficient operation of maintenance activities so as to reduce troubleshooting time, machine downtime and ensure machine fault analysis.
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for the plant machinery & ensure that all maintenance work done properly in time.
∎ Guide preventive maintenance engineer on preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Communicate & coordinate with external service provider, machine supplier, Titas Gas, REB authority; if required.
∎ Install new or repair the existing inverter, electronic control card etc.
∎ Prepare budget for Local purchase & L/C, supervise the implementation of investment and operating budgets for equipment and technical installations.
∎ Prepare inventory report of spare parts with proper documentation for on time material availability during maintenance work and ensure the filing of maintenance record.
∎ Take initiatives for cost savings on technical functionality, evaluate energy savings for cost reductions and make recommendations thereon.
∎ Support installation/erection & repairing of Busber Tranking (BBT) system.
∎ Supervision and implement the electrical connection of MDB, DB, SDB & building wiring as per drawing.
∎ Ensure actual electrical load in the factory for smooth and hassle free operation.
∎ Create plans for developing, monitoring and evaluating a solar electrical system.
∎ Identify and solve machine problem and update machine status regularly.
∎ Train & coach the subordinates to enhance their skills & performance.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in technical management of electrical, mechanical, utility and energy works.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience in planning, organizing, managing and coordinating complex work projects and programmes and service delivery.
∎ Sound knowledge of regulatory norms and provisions in the field of power generation and distribution.
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills both in English and Bengali.
