Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion in the construction sector.
∎ Set long-term goals, objectives, and KPIs for the construction department.
∎ Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
∎ Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.
∎ Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment and compliance.
∎ Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
∎ Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project statuses, performance, and other relevant metrics.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
