Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administer of Electrical drawing, load calculation, estimate (BOQ), planning & design and lead the team.
∎ Installation & maintenance Sub-station (up to 10000 KVA), Generator, AC, Lift, fire protection system etc.
∎ Responsible for electro-mechanical facilities; like- HEAT VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING (HVAC) system of the project.
∎ Responsible for designing, client handling, costing & required site visit etc.
∎ Lead the MEP division for multiple real estate projects.
∎ Review and approve MEP design drawings, BOQ, specifications, and cost estimates.
∎ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other departments for seamless integration of MEP services.
∎ Manage selection, evaluation, and supervision of MEP contractors and vendors.
∎ Monitor project execution as per design, schedule, budget, and quality.
∎ Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and regulatory standards.
∎ Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
∎ Implement energy-efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
∎ Maintain documentation, progress reports, and MIS updates.
∎ Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to MEP engineers and teams.
∎ The HOD – MEP will be responsible for leading and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves end-to-end management of MEP design, execution, commissioning, quality control, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
