∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management:
∎ Prepare detailed project management and construction schedules for construction and renovation projects.
∎ Directing, monitoring & supervising the construction and site work progress, including erection engineers and site sub-contractor productivity and compliance according to the drawing and safety codes.
∎ Develop & implementing quality system of construction & strengthening the team work.
∎ To follow up the day-to-day activities of Project Engineer/Site Engineers of ongoing projects.
∎ Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule of excellent quality and within the budget.
∎ To create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly projects plan and action plan both.
∎ To Coordinate and manage Architects, Designers, Consultants, Purchase & Admin personnel, Technical Teams, Contractors, Vendors, Supervisors etc.
∎ General:
∎ Create, own and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly.
∎ Work on continuously improving systems, technology, communication practices, vendors / contractor search and empanelment practices etc.
∎ To ensure decreasing costs, highest quality and timely delivery for construction, purchase, inventory, logistics operations maintenance.
∎ Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Steel Structure Building experience person will get preference
∎ Should have working experience in Construction Company
∎ Highly qualified candidates will be preferred
