Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage all task of factory to ensure smooth productivity by ensuring best quality of refined sugar.
∎ Lead and actively participate in the planning, erection, and commissioning of Sugar Plant.
∎ To provide strategic direction for operational excellence and ensure thorough gap analysis on procedures, people competencies and organizational set up.
∎ Oversee site logistics and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Determine the most efficient and safe methods for assembly and installation.
∎ Develop erection plans and schedules.
∎ Prepare engineering analysis of the project including Preliminary design, calculation, life cycle of machinery, cost of maintenance & equipment including manpower cost.
∎ Make continuous efforts to reduce wastage and cost-cutting in every section at factories.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers- expectations.
∎ Production planning daily/weekly/monthly with available resources to meet production demand.
∎ Ensure accountability of Raw Materials, spare parts, packaging materials, and other stores.
∎ Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, effectively.
∎ Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices.
∎ Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to technical processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
∎ To address environmental standard set by the law;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ To lead Group of professional people and always target to achieve every challenges.
